nice people

the nice folks at the university of tennessee press
used two of my cross paintings from istock
as part of the overall design
on the cover of one their books -

they were also kind enough to send me a copy of the book
and a couple of extra covers
which i got in today's mail.

and they credited me
for the art inside the cover
which is even nicer
as they did not have to do any of that
and most people who buy images from istock
never tell you what they're doing with them.

which is fine
but it's nice when someone does!

in other news, our mini-vacation is over tonight.
we had lots of fun the past four days
and i have to upload pics and edit them and all that.

will post a few later tonight perhaps.
