serendipity

looks like today will be the same

i woke up totally not remembering it's my birthday, which i thought was a good start! :)

did not remember until a couple hours later, after shower and coffee and eggs and bacon and toast.

now we are about to pick up R. and take some stuff to donate to the SA or goodwill, at the truck that's parked at crissy field, which is where we were yesterday.

plus while on the phone with R., another friend called and left a message asking do we want to meet her and a bunch of other old friends at the warming hut at crissy field?

how serendipitous, since we are going there anyway!

ocean beach, sf, today

we had a lovely day...
chocolate chai on fillmore street with rachel
then meeting up with friends at crissy field
then dinner at the beach chalet
and then walking on the beach at sunset.

it was cold out there
but i love the beach in the winter.
