as i've said before
it would work much better, i think
if ALL matters involving war crimes
or crimes against humanity by a former leader
were handed over to the hague for trial and punishment.
that's what we have a world court for.
not that bush thinks we even need a world court.
he thinks tribal justice is the best way to handle such matters
but he's an idiot, as he has proven many times over.
