two whole days

fort bragg in the winter

so we can't get away until sunday morning
but that's fine, better than not at all
and then we'll come back monday night -
at least he does NOT have to work on monday
which is MLK day.

and one of the best parts is that when i am up there
i am away from this computer
and i don't miss it.

all i do for the most part
is walk and walk and walk
and take pictures
and look at art in the galleries
and then walk on the beach some more.

and i will make joe swear
that he will not think or talk about his job
at all for two whole days.

it will still be there on tuesday
and he can think about it then.

It'll probably be colder up there!!
Might be so clear however, that your pictures come out amazing and crisp and cold looking.

Since you're out for such a short time, I'd say a visit when you'll have a long weekend would be more pleasant, I think. I wonder what the Botanical Gardens are like during this cold snap?
You need time alone with the Mr. Watt.

We shall get together for coffee some longer weekend. And IOU a card or two I know.

we've been up there in the winter many times over the years and i just love being there when it's cold and clear like i think it will be this weekend!

and yes, we will have to stop by SR one of these time when we are up there more days.

thanks, i got very lucky that day with the light, the clouds, the tide, the little birds. it was dreamy :)
