i used some light molding paste for the texture. glad you like it!
the part i hate about art is trying to photograph anything larger than about 11x14 well - i don't have the studio equipment to do that here and am not going to be buying any equipment like that in the near future.
i love to take photos outdoors, but indoors, not. plus i am not keen on editing photos much lately because my old PC is slowing down so much, it just gets very tedious, the amount of time it takes.
fortunately i am not trying to make money from my art or photos - i do make some from istock, but that takes no effort at all once the images are up there.
i gave up on ebay a long time ago and have not listed anything on etsy for ages either - it just was more trouble than it was worth. i may go back to listing some stuff on etsy again, but only because i have such a stockpile - i would not expect to make much money there.
some people are great at just selling selling selling, but for me, all that takes so much time and effort for so little profit, it sucks the energy out of me and then i don't even want to paint anymore.
