a happier camper

Well, I have DSL working, after spending 40 minutes on my cell phone with a tech support woman in Kansas who was VERY nice. She filled in the missing info from the installation CD, which was indeed badly written and organized, in my humble opinion. I kept saying things like "Gosh, I don't remember seeing that in the instructions I have here." She was very very helpful though and I'm glad I got HER on the phone because last week every time I had to call SBC about the order itself I got people who were not very helpful at all.

So anyway, I am a happier camper today and am trying to catch up on all kinds of online business stuff that I had fallen way behind in due to almost nonexistent access for the past few weeks.
