everything changes

If I offended anyone by talking about what Texas was like 40 years ago, I'm sorry. I wasn't talking about what it's like NOW.

I was just talking about my own experience of it, which was a very long time ago. So please don't take it personally, especially if it has nothing to do with you or your own personal experience in the present.

I got into a size smaller jeans today, and they are not uncomfortable. :)

wiped out

I was all set to go to bed and then I noticed that ebay was having a special on fixed price listings until midnight, so I slogged through listing a bunch of stuff that way.

But now I am really really really grumpy and tired and will probably not get up until 10 and then I have to cook all kinds of things to take over to R's on T-day.

And the flat is disgustingly messy and dirty and I worked all day on selling stuff and packaging stuff and I am just BEAT... and then I tried to repartition my hard disk for hours and got nowhere good with that.

My eyeballs are about to drop out of my head.

So if I disappear for a couple days, that's why.

Then again, tomorrow I may feel totally better!
