I am tempted to turn the heat on this morning.

I've got the morning-side shades down, all the windows open, and the cool breeze blowing through. I'm already hot. We live what, 30 miles apart?

I think if I just put a robe and slippers on, I will be OK. Plus I just made some hot tea!

It's very foggy this morning though, drippingly so, and colder than it has been for weeks.

August is usually the foggiest month, and we're getting close.

Plus I live only about 15 blocks from the beach.

I love it out here though. :)

Fogust is coming! sometimes July is pretty bad here..one summer
we barely had sun. It's sunny today and pretty brisk..cool breezey..i really like it.Unfortunately, i am always way overdressed when i leave Tam Valley.

Sometimes I am overdressed even if I am only going a mile or two east from here in the Richmond District! I'm getting ready to go to the PO right now but I have no idea if it's a lot warmer one mile from here.

Layers is the keyword. :)

I enjoy the cooler weather..one of the reasons why i haven't moved out of Tam Valley (besides cheap rent). It is alot easier to dress warmer than too cool off when it's toohot.
Hey..did youget to see that beaked whale that washed up on the beach? I missed it, i've never seen one .A live one would be better tho.

Nope, did not go down to the beach to see the dead whale - I've never seen a dead one either, and the idea didn't really appeal to me. I'm pretty squeamish about dead things. Live things too sometimes. I squeam easily. :)

I love cool weather too, needless to say. I wore a turleneck sweater and no other layers and was fine - it really wasn't that cold outside. Now it looks like the sun is finally trying to break through out here. Time for another little walk, but not to see the dead whale!
