judywattTaking a break from housework and waiting for Tony the UPS man to bring my new camera, I decided to torture myself by looking at rentals in Ashland again.
THIS is the first one I looked at.
Just perfect and in the perfect location as well (railroad district) - it even has a detached artist's studio. In SF this house would be 5k a month easy (maybe more).
I just hope there will be such houses for rent three years from now in Ashland...
Sigh.
