Only two more weeks till we go back up to Mendocino for a few days of getaway time. I'm counting the days. August is when the dahlias, fuschias, begonias and heather all all blooming like crazy at the MCBG.

After that we have no vacation plans until October, when we go to Ashland for a week at the High Street Cottage.

We are both feeling so much in limbo but this too will pass. Isn't it strange though how time flies when you want it to slow down, and it drags on when you want it to speed up?

Yes, my vacation is whizzzzzing by!

When it's busy at work,m I go crazy because it well, gets a little hectic, but time passes nice and fast...sometimes time at work drags by. I am going to be working on the work thing, absolutely!

I hope Joe can get those 4 months in before he retires!!

Say hello to the dahlias for me-- I bought some in a bouquet, and they are amazing...

When I worked in offices, it was torture, the days seemed so looooong and so boring. The past eight years while I have worked at home, first doing freelance indexing and then other things, the time flies by during the day - I am always amazed when it's five already and I start thinking about what I should make for dinner.
