The decor that is always there on one of R's walls, but it looks Christmasy, doesn't it?

We did make it to the beach last night but I have no pics of that - it was very nice though.

We made it there for a walk today as well, and I did take a few pics with the new camera, but have not uploaded them yet - no time for that right now.

We're cooking a turkey breast and mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes... and Rachel's making tofurkey for herself and will be bringing that over soon.

Later we will have pie... but not pumpkin pie, some kind of berry pie. I think we'll take that over to R's to eat though. It's only a two block walk, yay! No traveling today makes me very happy. :)

It's gorgeous here - lots of people were having picnics at Crissy Field in fact. Wish it would stay this way all week, but they say a bunch of rain is on the way, so we may cancel our trip up the coast next week if it looks like it will just rain up there the whole time.

Back to the kitchen I go...

Glad you had a good XMAS day down there in the City, Judy. The rain started around 2 PM today, and the national weather service says it's due to continue through the whole of next week. Not such a good time for Mendo, maybe.

yes i look at the weather up there every day too! :)

we changed our plan to go up on monday, which looked ok, but i will check again today and see... if it looks like rain monday and tuesday, maybe we will just cancel altogether and go up later in january.

it poured down here last night, even had some THUNDER (very rare) - but today looks great!
