These little smoothies are so good!

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000FMQHMS/wattcrew/

I am not usually a big smoothie fan, but these taste great and are only about 100 cals, with 6 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein.

So if you are trying to lose some extra poundage, they make good snacks, especially if you want to add more fiber to your diet as well.

I have only tried the peach and the strawberry so far, but I think I will order the chocolate ones too.

Don't know how it compares to those things, but the Jamba Juice smoothies are actually pretty easy to replicate at home. The ingredients are all listed on the website, and it's pretty easy to eyeball the portions of each. I can make a mean Citrus Squeeze.

hey that's a cool idea. I try these days to get a protein one every week or other, I will see how they do it online! I make a smoothie for my husband every morning to take to work...I'm sure he would like the variation as well!

Oh yeah... here. I don't know what's up with the Boosts, but I'm sure you could just toss in a Centrum to no ill effect. I just eyeball the ratios and blend on high until it looks done. Really simple (especially if you just get a carton of pineapple-orange juice and use that), and the only prep is really freezing the bananas (which isn't entirely necessary, anyway).

Mmm... citrus squeeze...

the trouble with me and jamba juice is that the calories are huge for the size of the drink and the fiber content is half what i'd want it to be for most of them... i know they taste great and i would drink them if i wasn't fat, but in the meantime they are just too much for me!

the power one you link to one has 6 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber, same as a lightfull, but the calories are 610 rather than 90! i'm sure it tastes good, the 610 cal version, but that would be almost half my cals for the whole day, not just a little snack to tide me over until dinner.

They have Jamba lights now, and ones that are just juice, or just yogurt and juice.

Power is SUCH a huge size, that is why its so caloric. I always get the smallest, which is 16 oz, still 4 more than the ones you are getting.
