Ghosts of Abu Ghraib

I hear this is a great film
and I know I should see it
but I have a really hard time
watching anything that's about torture.

Has anyone here seen it already?

i've heard the film is more about the psychology of what would make otherwise normal, rational people do such things to other people, whether they were "just following orders" or not - but i'm worried if it contains alot of graphic descriptions or images of what they did, i'll end up leaving the room for most of the film - so i was wondering if anyone here can tell me in advance what exactly the film contains.

I've seen clips from it during an interview with the director, and it does look like an amazing movie...though not an easy one to watch by any means.
