have a flower

i hurt my shoulder (again) yesterday
dragging the extra heavy laundry cart up the front steps
and my hormones were wacky
so anyway it was not a great day.

i should have a minder on days like that
to make me just not talk to anyone all day.

then i didn't sleep all night -
well, for maybe two hours
but then i woke up and that was it.

tossing, turning, mind spinning
all  night long.

so anyway have a flower
from the shop on the creek in mill valley.

now i must have coffee
or else take some aspirin
and go back to bed for a while
but i think tony the ups guy is coming today
so i should wait for him first.

I do like the colours in this photograph.

I hurt my shoulder a few days back. Then yesterday I had to carry bags and bags of groceries home and since then it feels much better. I would not recommend this therapy for everyone.

my shoulder just hurts all the time now - but more on laundry day for sure!
