sma rental hunting (again)

i have not started moving furniture yet.

instead, i am looking for cheap rentals in san miguel -
something i do every few months
and this week it is written on my calendar to do :)

i found a few today -
one behind las monjas church
which is a very good location.

the garden casita sounds perfect -
cheap to begin with
and then they give a discount
if you stay longer than 4 months!

you have to go to the border every three months though -
but that could be arranged.

this house would be great as well -
a bit more expensive but i know exactly where it is
and it's big enough so friends could also visit.

no, i don't speak much espanol at all, but joe does.

if i go back down there for an extended period though, i would take lessons. you can take lessons every day there, 4 hours a day for a whole month for a few hundred dollars.
