Do any of y'all have a BlackJack?

Is it better than a Blackberry?

How about an iPAQ?  Which doesn't have a phone or camera, I know, but I am thinking about getting something that mainly I can use for being connected to the web wirelessly when I am out of town.

Preferably something that accepts SD cards as well - not the mini-sd cards, but the full size ones, so i can take a card out of my camera and insert it in the PDA to upload images directly.

The phone and camera part is not so imperative to have on the same device for me - I rarely talk on the phone and phone cams are not good for much.

Edit - now I see people saying the Blackjack does not have WiFi... no point in that one then!

Most folks I know use Treos, which use SD cards.

i've looked at those a little too. there are just so many phones and pocket pc's out there now, it's hard to tell which one would be best overall.

I've been delighted with my Treo. I bought a refurbished one on eBay that worked with my already existing phone plan for the same cost as the cheapest new phone (purchased without a new phone plan). I bought it mainly for the phone and the ability to sync my calendar & address book. I'm delighted though, to have found how easily i can get email & check some websites on it.

I think the treo is a great way to have wireless capability and a phone. The camera is adequate on mine -- newer ones might be better. Oh, and i have podcasts on it that i never have a chance to listen to.

Honestly, I'd look at the PocketPCs. I had the PPC 6700 with Sprint back when I was with Geek Squad and it's easily the best wireless device I've used. The Blackberry's interface is a bit clunky while the PPC had full blown Windows and a full keyboard that slid out.
