yes, i made the last couple of entries private
as they should have been that way to begin wth.

i write alot of private entries.

they are like "morning pages" to me.

ho hum.

gorgeous day out there today,
it will be 63 degrees and sunny
which is more like a summer temp here
except for august which is usually cold and foggy.

i pulled my achilles tendon in my right foot
a few days ago, however
which makes walking painful lately.

i will try to do some anyway though.

but it's more like limping than walking.

plus i really should take the laundry to the laundromat
but not sure i have the strength today with the foot problem.

maybe tomorrow.
